Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Nonprofit seeks a full-time Marketing & Public Relations Manager. Must demonstrate a high level background in Sales & Public Relations, graphic design, grant writing, and focused marketing on all platforms. Candidates will be expected to manage a sustainability plan for the nonprofit and its enterprises through corporate partnership contracts, and represent the agency at events and meeting for promotional and fundraising purposes.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

· Proven track record exceeding goals and deadlines, and a bottom-line orientation.
. Create flyers and other marketing materials as assigned
· Vision and ability to think strategically, anticipate future consequences and trends

Other Information/Requirements: 

Qualifications:
· Passion, imagination, vision, leadership and integrity, takes self-initiative
· Knowledge of social service, education, capacity building, finance, and organizational development
· Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years’ experience in Marketing & Sales
· Must be able to prove a record of sales and direct funding outcomes through numbers
