Main Areas of Responsibility:
a) Design, implementation, date entry & summary of a marketing survey of small businesses meeting eligibility criteria for an employee assistance program. Purpose:
● Assess participants’ responses to various factors of EAP services that could be offered
● Determine # employees necessary to create an affordable (per EAP market standards), capitated price for EAP benefit, with a positive ROI for each small business
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
c) Assess with recommendations economic costs (for EAP services and necessary infrastructure) and feasibility of small business EAP, based upon organizational information provided, and results of marketing survey.
