Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing on the organization’s strategic marketing plan. The plan shall be the embodiment of our vision, mission, core values, goals and objectives, providing the organization with a well thought-out annual series of marketing tactics to achieve those goals and objectives. The plan will provide the entire organization with a compelling communications and messaging platform in all forms of messaging.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Be proactive in gaining positive media exposure for Animal Humane by regular contact with media representatives throughout the community. Produce and submit potential stories of interest to media outlets on a weekly and monthly basis. Oversee Special Events staff to manage and grow revenues of approved special events. Develop a strategy to leverage on-line media such as e-blasts, Facebook, etc. to reach the broadest possible audience. Manage and integrate our branding campaign.
