Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Join a dynamic and collaborative marketing team as our marketing coordinator, responsible for developing marketing plans, writing marketing copy for our educational products and managing our popular new series of webcasts. Our ideal candidate is creative and proactive, with a track record of collaborative project management and the ability to analyze and report key metrics.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Development of marketing plans, collaborative design of marketing campaigns with the Graphic Design Department, and writing copy for ASRT’s educational products and webcasts.
• Manages recorded webcasts, including finding and contracting speakers, scheduling monthly webcasts, coordinating marketing efforts and analyzing and reporting revenue and feedback.
• Collaborates with the Web Team to audit and update web pages for educational products, webcasts and other projects as needed.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree up to a Master’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications.
• 3-5 years’ experience creating and implementing multifaceted marketing campaigns in a highly professional environment.
• Familiarity with various forms of advertising, such as direct mail, print, online, digital, web pages and email.
• Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
