Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives as outlined in the Communications Plan. The Marketing & Communications Manager works closely with the Chief Development & Marketing Officer and Community Development Specialists to develop an annual Marketing Calendar of all external communications including events, newsletters, social media, and advertising. Oversees all internal communications.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversees the development of the annual marketing calendar, supports and creates internal communications and all online communications.

Other Information/Requirements: 

1. Bachelor’s degree, OR
2. A minimum of six (6) years of experience in marketing and communications.
