Main Areas of Responsibility:
Office and company manager for non-profit, quick-paced, office. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities in administration and finance, development and fundraising, board liaison, marketing, strategic and long range planning. Must work well with a wide range of clients, be able to prioritize, maintain good organization skills, be flexible and enjoy the daily administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse programs and people.

* Experience with non-profit or community organizations, fundraising, development and grant writing.

* Ability to work in a noisy, high-traffic environment
