Main Areas of Responsibility:
Lead, develop, and supervise a team of full- and part-time staff and volunteers, setting a high standard of customer service, efficiency in planning, effective communications, and strong collaborations within the visitor experience group and the other working groups at Explora.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Coordinate with the Career Pathways Program Manager, oversees the development, facilitation, and evaluation of floor experiences and initiatives, currently serving over 380,000 visitors a year. Participate in the long-range planning and follow-through of opportunities that engage visitors and the community. Oversee the planning and implementation of various programs and experiences.
