Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Manager of Executive Office provides comprehensive administrative support to the Director, serving as a liaison with the Board of Trustees and the Museum’s Leadership Team to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and organizational initiatives.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
This position will be responsible for maintaining and organizing executive office communications ensuring efficiency and responsiveness. As the face of the office, responsible for welcoming visitors and determining the level of access and support needed offering polite, professional customer service. Key duties include managing the Director’s daily calendar, tracking tasks, scheduling and hosting meetings, confirming appointments, and overseeing routine correspondence.
