Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Truman Health Services is seeking a Manager, Community Health Resources to join our team. We are a NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home providing high level care and the latest treatment options for New Mexicans living with HIV, requiring gender services or seeking PrEP. This position actively engages our community in health education and disease prevention.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

You will lead in the development of community health initiatives utilizing innovative approaches to reach diverse populations within our community. You will also lead the community health resource team towards continued creation, implementation, and evaluation of activities to help community education and awareness.

Other Information/Requirements: 

This position requires a High School Diploma, with at least 7 years of experience that is related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Verification of education and licensure will be required if selected for hire.
