Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Program Coordinator (Rape Crisis Center of Central New Mexico)
The RCCCNM is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual for a full time position to plan and implement community education and awareness around all aspects of sexual violence.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Successful applicant will provide prevention programming primarily to youth, particularly young men of color. He or she will collaborate with community members, allied agencies and organizations to develop and maintain partnerships, ascertain education and training needs, and build responses to community violence and sexual assault and abuse and assist in outreach to underserved communities.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelors in social work, communications, or relevant degree
• Experience working with social justice, education, or community-based programs.
• Experience working with youth
• Experience in male involvement programming
• Demonstrated commitment to anti-oppression and social justice issues.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, facilitation and organizational skills.
• Bilingual/Biliterate a plus
• Reliable transportation required
