Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Full-time frontline fundraising role focused on identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual donors with major-gift potential. This position builds and manages a major-gifts portfolio grounded in relationship-based fundraising and close coordination with organizational leadership. The role is responsible for growing individual major-gift revenue and strengthening the long-term pipeline of high-capacity supporters.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Identify and qualify new prospects using DonorPerfect, WealthEngine, board networks, ticketing and program participation data, and other available research tools. Plan and execute individualized cultivation strategies, including meetings, calls, correspondence, event invitations, and leadership engagement. Develop donor pathways that connect artistic, educational, and community programs to donor interest and philanthropic opportunity.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s, master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience in development, nonprofit management, communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of fundraising, advancement, sales, relationship management, or adjacent experience, preferably with major gifts or high-touch donor work. Experience using CRM systems and donor research tools; WealthEngine or similar strongly preferred.

Salary Range: 
$70,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience
