Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Increasing resources to support UWNCNM’s purpose, vision, mission, and initiatives through Principal Gifts ($25,000 and more) and Legacy Gift commitments and ensuring the highest level of customer service to Tocqueville Society members and Impact Investor donors with consistency and dependability. Responsible for managing the Tocqueville Society to increase personal giving, donor loyalty and engagement, including the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of members’ gifts.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Identify and cultivate prospects and solicit gifts, build and manage relationships, identify prospects, manage volunteers in fundraising and supporting services to donors, record and track multi-year and Legacy gift commitments, etc. See full job description at https://uwncnm.org/jobs.

Other Information/Requirements: 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS [EDUCATION]: Bachelor’s Degree
[EXPERIENCE]:
• Technical and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Sales skills
• 3 years’ experience with solicitation and maintenance of planned gifts
• Experience as a development professional soliciting major gifts
• Experience working with and supporting volunteers

Salary Range: 
$85,000 - $95,000 annually, 35 hours per week Full Time Employee (FTE)
