Maintenance Technicians (Full & PT positions available)

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Supportive Housing Coalition of NM is seeking full and part-time Maintenance Technicians.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Minimum of 2 years experience in multifamily apartment maintenance.
• Clean background.
• Skills: general handyman, basic plumbing and electrical, drywall repair, HVAC, painting, basic carpentry, and grounds keeping.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Trade certifications and bilingual a plus.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Applicants must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance. In addition, applicants must have their own basic tools.
This position does requires manual labor, lifting, in-door/out-door work, and responding to off-hours emergencies.
