Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for maintaining the buildings and grounds, overseeing the upkeep of equipment and supplies, daily and weekly cleaning schedules as well as determining and scheduling repairs, renovation projects, waste reduction improvements and safety inspections. Schedule maintenance and repairs on fleet of vehicles. The ability to learn and be trained to cover front reception desk duties for reception back up.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance with an emphasis on plumbing and electrical. Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools. Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings. A valid NM driver’s license with clean record and a satisfactory criminal background check. Proficient in MS Office and Windows and bilingual in English/Spanish. Physical stamina and dexterity and incredible time management skills.
