Main Areas of Responsibility:
1. Coordinate and organize the scheduling and implementation of MADD’s core, supplemental programs, and educate the public regarding drunk driving related issues.
2. Establish a network of community members, schools, law enforcement, public officials and other prominent members.
4. Recruit, train and direct volunteers, facilitators and speakers for various programs, panels and events.
5. Occasionally staff booths at special events, health and safety fairs.
6. Other duties as assigned.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
1. Two to three years experience in organizing and the administration of programs and events, preferably in a non-profit environment. Familiarity with the criminal justice system is a plus.
2. Excellent spelling, grammar, compositions and math skills. High level of computer proficiency and keyboard skills utilizing Microsoft Office products.
3. Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Strong oral and written communication skills required.
4. Some travel and flexible hours work necessary.
