Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Loan officers serve as ACCION ambassadors, cultivating relationships and building referral networks. They develop new business, structure and close loans and care for current clients. They lead clients through all stages of the lending process from origination to closing.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

They develop referral relationships with community partners such as banks, local chambers and small business development centers. They give educational outreach presentations; travel throughout the state is required.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Loan officers have a passion for helping people and a gift for building relationships and providing outstanding customer service. They have the highest degree of integrity and thrive in a goal-oriented/production environment. Three- to -five years of professional experience and a bachelor's degree are required.
