Licensed Therapist/Counselor

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

New Life Center for Family Development (NLCFD) of Albuquerque, NM, a non-profit Christian behavioral health agency, has two openings for licensed therapists. Selected candidates will begin as PT and work into a FT position. Prefer at least 6 – 12 months experience working in the field of psychotherapy. Must maintain a current, unrestricted Master’s level clinical license in the state of N.M.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Ability to lead a team, as well as, ability to work independently. - Excellent time management skills - Provide diagnostic evaluations and development of clinical treatment plans. - Ensure that clinical records are in compliance with established clinical standards. -Demonstrate a working knowledge of professional standards and ethics in delivering of clinical behavioral health services. - Ability to work non traditional hours when required.

Other Information/Requirements: 

NLCFD offers traditional counseling for individuals, couples and families as well as family re-integration and parent coaching services for families in the Family Court system of Albuquerque.
