Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Leadership New Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual as full-time Program Director. This position has the primary responsibility for all of the organization’s educational programs and includes responsibilities for all program logistics, speaker recruitment, budget, maintaining program records and evaluations, providing staff support for all program volunteers and committees for each program. Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for maintaining high quality in all areas for each program, fund raising for program sponsors, preparing proposals for special projects and other information for any solicitations, and assisting with marketing the programs to the participants and the public.

Other Information/Requirements: 

College degree; 3-5 years’ experience in nonprofit program, marketing, public relations, or adult or community education; excellent people and communication skills; works effectively with internal and external clients; problem solver; superior written and verbal skills; excellent computer skills including MS suite; flexible; responds to change effectively; self-motivated; organized; can manage multiple projects simultaneously, the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and the ability to travel.
