Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Leadership Fellows will receive an intensive yearlong residency at the Native American Community Academy (NACA) in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Fellows will learn the day-to-day operations of a charter school and participate in high quality professional development and training for launching a model charter school in a Native American community. Fellows will receive real-time experience as a school leader who is specifically prepared to work in Native American communities, whether on the reservation, in rural areas, or with tribes in BIE and public education systems.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Eligible applicants are current or experienced teachers, administrators, or instructional leaders who have at least five years experience and who wish to establish community-led charter schools or establish BIE Grant schools that serve Native American students.
