Lead Prevention Education Coordinator

Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Coordinator will work closely with male youth and community members to identify issues, priorities, and develop strategies and program-based responses to improve their community and create positive social change against sexual assault and abuse.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Develop, implement, and evaluate projects targeting male youth that will address all aspects of sexual violence (including anti-oppression issues)
• Build supportive relationships with community members, including teachers, parents, service providers
• Conduct community outreach and needs assessments to determine organizing initiatives

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 2 years grant writing and grant reporting experience
• Community organizing and/or other relevant experience working with target populations
• Strong commitment and experience with anti-oppression and social justice issues, specifically around sexual violence in all its forms
• Must attend mandatory 40 hour RCC advocacy training.
