Main Areas of Responsibility: 

NMDCC seeks an energetic highly organized and self-directed Lead Organizer to:
• Build our base, organizing low-wage front line direct care workers to affiliate with NMDCC
• Work with our direct care workers to develop and train leaders
• Develop campaigns focused on improving the quality of direct care jobs in New Mexico.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Lead Organizer will coordinate organizing activities with the "Raise the Floor, Build the Ladder" campaign, which is a multi-year effort to support the overall organizational strategy of raising the floor and building ladders for New Mexico’s frontline healthcare workforce.
