Are you a passionate culinary professional with a love for working with children? The Children's Learning Center is looking for a creative and collaborative Lead Cook to lead our kitchen team in preparing wholesome meals and fostering a positive relationship with food for our children. Some key responsibilities are to plan, prepare, and cook breakfast, lunch, and snacks according to established menus and Catholic Charities' guidelines.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Ensure all food is prepared and served in a safe and hygienic manner, adhering to all food safety and sanitation procedures. Maintain accurate inventory of food and supplies, placing orders as needed and staying within budget. Oversee kitchen operations, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining all kitchen equipment and storage areas.
