Main Areas of Responsibility:
The position is full time and requires the individual to carry a caseload as well as provide support/guidance to other ase managers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting permanent housing clients in locating an apartment, negotiating leases, creating an Exit Plan focused on housing stability, monitoring client progress, conducting I&R processes, maintain client records, managing program reports, and serving as an ambassador for the Barrett Foundation in the community.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Successful candidate will be able to relate to women and children experiencing homelessness, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have knowledge of community resources, and have the flexibility to conduct home visits evenings or Saturdays, at times, as needed. Bachelor’s degree in related field and two years of experience desired.
