Main Areas of Responsibility: 

La Cosecha is looking for a Manager for our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program who will also provide agency communications support. This is a full-time position. The responsibilities for this role will shift depending on the season.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

To coordinate and manage the La Cosecha CSA program throughout the growing season, as well as to provide communications support year-round. This position will report to the Food Access Manager for day-to-day operations, and to the Agri-Cultura Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for fiscal reporting.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must have a passion for social justice and alignment with ACN’s farming mission
Experience in reporting on key purchasing and production metrics
Proficiency in MS Office
Outstanding communication skills
Must be available to work outside of office hours and on weekends during CSA season (May – October)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required

Salary Range: 
This position pays $45,000 - $48,000 DOE.
