Juntos New Mexico Program Director

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Develop, implement and evaluate issue organizing campaigns; Hire, train and manage a successful, motivated team; Develop relationships and partnerships with Latino organizations, leaders and policymakers; Implement a Spanish-language and Latino-focused communications strategy; Assist with social media and online campaigns; Oversee administrative aspects of the program.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum 5+ years mid-level or leadership experience in grassroots community; Enthusiasm and commitment to amplifying the voice of Latino communities; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Creative problem-solver who is resourceful in challenging or new situations; Spoken and written Spanish language skills are required; Position requires the ability to travel and to work some evenings and weekends.
