Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Position is in Roswell, NM. Responsibilities will include: contacting businesses and explaining Goodwill Industries of New Mexico’s community programs and how GINM can help meet their employment needs. Development of new business contacts and informing them of the community benefits of using GINM’s employment program, informing job developers of businesses seeking employees and developing work crew sites. Perform intake of new clients and find clients jobs in the community.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Associate degree; 1 to 2 years' experience working with individuals who have barriers. Be computer literate. Must be able to pass FBI fingerprinting screen, criminal background check and drug test. Be current with First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
