Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This person would place up to 12 people in jobs per month under the supervision of the Employment Program Manager. The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective employers in the community is key to success for this position.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide reports reflecting job placements and follow up.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Job development experience.
Undergraduate degree preferred but not required.
Experience as a CSW or Case Manager.
Experience in Human Resources, staffing helpful.
Experience working with poverty level or homeless individuals a plus.
