Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

St. Martin's is looking for a Job Development Program Manager. This person would not only place approximately 12 people in jobs per month but manage the job development department and staff member. In addition to job development this person will work closely with our Coffee Shop Program Manager where we place interns as they attempt to leave homelessness.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective employers is key to this position.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must have significant job development experience.
Undergraduate degree preferred but not required dependent upon job development experience.
Must have the ability to coach and mentor staff.
Must have the ability to speak at conferences and meetings as needed.
$17-$19 per hour DOE
