Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provides on-site training, supervision, and support to participants with barriers placed in employment within the community and implementation of individual plans; assists participants in maintaining positive working relationships with work site supervisors and co-workers.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Completes intake packets for selected participants. Coordinates assigned participant objectives with Management as assigned.
• Initiates and follows job coaching plan as indicated by participant’s goals and objectives.
• Provides hands on training, supervision and support to participants at a variety of work locations; assignments/tasks/training sites may be rotated based on need.
