Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Duties include: maintaining organization’s workstations and ensure proper function, determining user needs, managing support operations, research, creating & maintaining recurring institutional aggregated reports, management of information systems & database to support institutional research & reporting activities, and IT support to statewide staff, middle/high school teachers, board of directors.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

BS degree required with experience in: MS Exchange Server, Windows, WebEx, WordPress, Excel, SurveyMonkey, Photoshop, Mobile phone support, Network administration, Data collection/analysis/reporting, Remote use support, Database management.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Travel required.
