Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for managing programs supporting refugee youth and refugee families to become self-sufficient and successful. Duties include: strategizing around improving programs and services; scheduling and running weekly after school programs and monthly parent engagement meetings.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Collaborating with community and government organizations to support families; gathering and managing data and grant reporting; planning events for families; connecting families to referrals and resources; supervising and organizing volunteers to support programs; limited case management as needed.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Three years’ coordination and/or supervisory experience required; valid NM driver’s license required; Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; language ability beyond English preferred. Must have the ability to work in a respectful manner with individuals from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds.This job location may vary.
