Main Areas of Responsibility:
Casa de Salud is a community clinic dedicated to culturally humble, high-quality integrative care. The organization is undergoing a period of growth. In this vein, Casa seeks a dynamic and resourceful Interim Operations Manager (IOM).
The IOM reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for managing the organization's human resources, creating organizational and program budgets, and providing administrative leadership on clinical operations, facilities, technology, and personnel.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Admin:
• Participate in weekly clinic staff and leadership meetings
• Manage vendor relationships
• Maintain organizational systems
• Manage basic bookkeeping duties
Programs and personnel:
• Provide admin support to programs, oversee monthly invoicing for contracts
• Management of personnel issues in conjunction with the ED
Facilities:
• Serve as point person for facilities management
