Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Intensive Case Manager (ICM) provides services to identified cases, assisting with stabilization, promoting self-sufficiency and long-term integration for clients and/or family members.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
ICM services will be provided to special populations that may include the following: complex medical needs, refugees living with mental health issues, including those with acute psychological distress related to PTSD, clients who have spent unusually long periods of time in refugee camps, single mothers, elderly refugees without family support systems, unaccompanied minors, LGBTI-identified refugees, HIV-positive, and other refugee populations with intense medical, mental health, or social integration issues.
