Intake Coordinator (Master's level)

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

St. Martin's Hospitality Center, the largest multi-service provider for homeless/near homeless in Albuquerque has an immediate need for an Intake Coordinator. Responsible for initial diagnostics and psychosocial assessments to determine eligibility for Programs.
Perform mental status diagnostic evaluations to determine level of functioning and appropriateness for services.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

-Consult with Clinical Directors and appropriate Team Leaders for a timely presentation of consumer evaluations for disposition. -Provide linkage between consumers and on-site therapist.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work or other human service related field.
Licensed Professional (LMSW, LMHC). Independent licensure not required.
At least 2 years of experience working in a human services setting.
Experience working with adults with a chronic mental illness/substance use/homelessness preferred.
