Main Areas of Responsibility:
Duties for an IRA Attorney will include: interviewing applicants on substantive legal issues, providing legal information and advice, referrals, and brief services such as reviewing legal documents, helping clients fill out legal forms and write simple letters, providing brief advocacy calls on behalf of clients
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Providing guidance for pro se clients who need help to prepare for a pro se court appearance or strategize the next step in a self-help legal matter. An IRA Attorney may also be asked to provide initial pleadings or other documents in emergency cases
