Information Manager

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Information Manager assists Chief Officers in planning and overseeing Big Brothers Big Sisters Mountain Region data management and fund development initiatives. The objectives are to assist in:
(a) developing and implementing a comprehensive plan for institutional advancement through fund raising;
(b) grant application, administration, and reporting;
(c) reporting and analysis of agency data and (d) maintaining clean information and data tracking throughout the agency.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Support fundraising activities, including annual and major gift campaigns, events, and donor recognition
Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring fund development strategies including:
* Identifying opportunities to increase revenue, setting and meeting goals, and assisting in grant writing.
* Maintain donor databases
* Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
* Assure timely preparation and submission of grant reports
* Assist with training and support of fundraising and event volunteers

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor of Arts degree as well as high level of skill in creating, maintaining and accessing reports from databases and other sources. Familiarity with social, cultural, and economic make-up of NM. Extensive expertise with Microsoft Office programs, online donor management software (eTapestry or equivalent). Ability to produce high level analysis and reports.
