Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Information Manager assists Chief Officers in planning and overseeing Big Brothers Big Sisters Mountain Region data management and fund development initiatives.
The objectives are to assist in:
(a) developing and implementing a comprehensive plan for institutional advancement through fund raising
(b) grant application, administration, and reporting
(c) reporting and analysis of agency data and (d) maintaining clean information and data tracking throughout the agency
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Support the development, implementation and evaluation of fundraising activities including: identifying opportunities to increase revenue, setting and meeting financial and non-financial goals and objectives, and assisting in grant writing.
Maintain donor databases
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on fundraising and grant reporting
Assist staff and volunteers with training and support of fundraising events
