Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Immigration Legal Services (ILS) program provides immigration legal services and fingerprinting services to immigrants and refugees in the Rocky Mountain region. The primary focus of the Immigration Specialist position is to provide immigration legal consultations and direct representation on cases derived from consultations, referrals, or as assigned.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Proficiency in Spanish, Swahili, Dari/Pashto, Arabic, or other client language highly desired.
Must possess a valid driver's license; have a reliable and consistently available vehicle; and be able to regularly travel throughout the agency's service area.
Must carry automobile liability insurance at the level of $100,000/300,000/100.000.

Associates degree (A.A.) or paralegal certificate, or at least two years of relevant work experience. Combination of work experience and training received accepted.
