IAIA Alumni & Constituent Manager

Job Description
Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Build relationships with alumni, donors, and partners to raise significant funds to achieve IAIA's mission; Lead Alumni Council meetings and engage alum in college activities; Create Alumni e-newsletter; Play integral part in annual benefit and auction (gala) to raise student scholarship support. Solicit artwork donations from IAIA alums and other artists. Support all donor and alumni events including alumni luncheon, Holiday Art Market, and President's Circle receptions.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 3 years professional non-profit work experience in education, arts and cultural, museums or other cultural organization; Experience working in customer/donor relations management systems or databases; Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; High level of professionalism and adherence to ethical and confidential standards critical for donor relations; Experience working in an Indigenous-focused organization
