In 2022, Institute of American Indian Arts (IAIA) celebrates its 60th anniversary. Join our team of professionals dedicated to advancing the mission of IAIA to empower creativity and leadership in Indigenous arts and cultures. On a beautiful and vibrant Santa Fe campus, IAIA's Office of Institutional Advancement (OIA) raises support to ensure student success, fund scholarships, enhance academic programs, and support Museum of Contemporary Native Arts.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Position supports work of OIA to develop plans and strategies to increase the active engagement of IAIA alumni, donors, and constituents. Incumbent will contribute to building relationships with alumni, supporters, and donor prospects. Experience in donor relations. Role coordinates with various IAIA departments that work with alumni and provides a wide range of related support for Advancement activities.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelors degree. Event management. Experience with fundraising databases and/or customer relations management (CRM). Experience in nonprofit arts organizations, museums, colleges and related preferred. Experience working with Indigenous communities, students, and alumni preferred.
