Main Areas of Responsibility:
Coordinates with hiring managers at all phases of the recruiting process
Manages full-cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals
Develops a pipeline of qualified applicants that can be contacted when an opening occurs
Works with the hiring manager to develop and review recruitment materials
Troubleshoots with MyStaffing Pro on any technical requirements for ministry’s staffing system
Works with HR Manager to train new managers and assistants in the hiring process
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Maintains database of job descriptions and physical files of graded positions
Proficient in employee file record-keeping and destruction (according to state and federal laws)
Schedules meetings for HR Manager and completes assigned projects
Assists in development and maintenance of the employee policy manual
Communicates with employees regarding personnel policies and procedures
Supports payroll and benefits administration as a backup
