Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Human Resources Manager is an essential member of the administrative team, working collaboratively with staff across the organization. The Human Resources Manager coordinates the daily HR administrative functions and contributes to the development and implementation of inclusive HR processes, programs and projects.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Maintain personnel policies, administer benefits, research and implement professional development opportunities, maintain and ensure compliance with COVID policies and fulfill reporting obligations

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum, bachelor’s degree
Three to five years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in a professional and confidential work environment
Ability to manage sensitive and personal information with discretion and tact
