Main Areas of Responsibility:
A first time position for PVMC, this person will be responsible to/w the ED for all matters relative to emp recruitment, hiring, orientation, evaluations, terminations, benefits and related issues; will work with ED & mgmt team on employee handbook, trainings and other means to maximize employee satisfaction and organizational well-being.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Maintains current job descriptions and develops new/revised prn; does pay range analysis and makes recommendations to mgmt team; assists with OSHA compliance, peer reviews and credentialing with other assigned staff.
