Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Human Resources Department manages the full range of human resources functions for approximately 180 staff members. The HR Director is responsible for implementation and maintenance of all human resources programs and associated policies and procedures, as well as compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and required reports and filings.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a healthcare or business-related discipline
Ten years management-level experience in a human resources capacity; experience at the Human Resources Director level a plus
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Successful history of program implementation, problem-solving, and collaborative management
SHRM-CP OR SHRM-SCP Certification preferred
