Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Human Resource Coordinator provides administrative support to the Director of HR and assists with on-boarding of employees, annual open enrollment, and payroll processing.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Facilitate the recruitment and interview process and conduct on-boarding orientation for new hires.
Update database records and employee files; process paperwork for new hires, terminations, etc.
Perform HR/payroll-related processing and reconcile benefits statements.
Alternate Responsible Officer for our J-1 Visa Program, including verification of Visas for payments, etc.
Assist with various research/special projects and coordinate events; calendar management; filing.
