Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Human Resources Assistant - (ABQ, Part-time/ 24 hours per week) - We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team and grow with the organization. The ideal candidate will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resource department.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

They will assist the Director of Human Resources with recruitment, record maintenance and provide clerical support. To ensure success, the HR Assistant should display remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, and benefits administration.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Associates ’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field OR a satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience.  Two years of relevant experience in human resources management and administrative role.    Knowledge of applicable federal, state, county and local laws, regulations, and requirements.  Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS), and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Salary Range: 
$19.72 -$21.30 per hour
