Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

• Exercise independent judgment and decision making in the interpretation and application of personnel regulations to non-routine or unusual situations.
• Consult with and advises management and supervisors in human resources issues; investigates human resource problems and makes recommendations to the CEO and Senior Management.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Write policies and maintain an updated policy and procedure manual.
• Conduct and/or assist with internal investigations.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources Management and 5 years work experience in Human Resources is required. PHR or SPHR certification is desirable.
