Main Areas of Responsibility:
The position of Human Resources Manager of Ghost Ranch is a senior leadership position requiring a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of human resources.
This position will liaison as an active member of the Leadership Team, support the Governing Board Personnel Committee, and interact professionally with all staff and volunteer members of the organization.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Recruitment, hiring, separation, conflict resolution and personnel management of 60-100 full time, part time, and seasonal staff and volunteers
• Knowledge and understanding of federal and state law
• Administration and confidentiality of FMLA and worker’s compensation files and HIPPA protected medical files and information
• Wage analyses and annual personnel budget development
• Management of personnel internal and external audits; assistance in annual financial audit
