Human Resource Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for the organization’s performance management program, benefit & compensation programs, recruitment and selection process, workforce training program, policy & procedure development process and reporting and management of human resources metrics-produce reports on key metrics, including remuneration and benefits absenteeism and turnover. This is full-time position.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources or other relevant subjects, PHR certification preferred, minimum of 3 years HR professional experience required, organizational, analytical skills and strong written/verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Office and Outlook required.
