Responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department.

• Drafting, updating, and applying all HR policies, procedures, and organizational standards while ensuring adherence to HR standards and laws
• Leading the hiring of employees, in conjunction with other members of staff
• Creating, implementing, and ensuring documentation of employee training, development, and education plans in conjunction with other members of staff
• Ensuring internal compliance with updates to employee production goals, and performing employee reviews
